Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility for the prize is determined by simply registering one’s own profile on Meeting. All the registration steps must have been completed and the profile made visible on the website. 2. All users registered before the competition was launched will be automatically entered in the competition. There is no need to register once again from the beginning. 3. The e-mail address provided on registration should be a valid one as this will be our means of contacting the winner. 4. The name and surname provided should be real otherwise the prize will be forfeited. 5. Only one entry per user is allowed. In the event that it is noted that the same user has input multiple entries, the user in question will be excluded from winning the prize. The Meeting management may determine, at its sole discretion, whether an entrant holds multiple accounts using whatever methods deemed appropriate in such pursuit. 6. For an entry to be deemed valid the profile of the Member should have been registered completely by 23:59p.m. of the 25th of May, 2009. 7. Attempts to abuse the spirit of the competition will result in automatic disqualification as the Meeting management deems appropriate. 8. The Meeting management’s impartial decision is final in the event of a dispute. In addition to the above Terms and Conditions, the promotion is subject to the general Meeting Terms and Conditions.
